About Me

I have spent over 15 years working in the humanitarian sector across multiple countries and contexts. I know firsthand the pressures of high-stakes work, constant change, cultural transitions, and the emotional weight of responsibility that often remains invisible.

During my years working in the humanitarian sector, I often lived with a quiet but persistent tension between my professional role and my roles as a wife, mother, sister, and daughter.

Holding these identities at the same time, often across cultures and within high-pressure environments, left me exhausted. I carried a sense of never being fully present: pulled between work and personal life and feeling that I was falling short in both.

Coaching emerged for me as a way to offer the kind of reflective space that is often missing in humanitarian environments. A space to slow down thought, examine choices, and reconnect with what matters.
